WHY VARTKO

Logistics in Accra deserved a real system, not another courier.

Sending a parcel across Accra has usually meant one of two things: trusting an informal courier with no real visibility once the parcel leaves your hands, or working around delivery services never actually built for how the city moves.

VARTKO is our answer to that gap — a single platform that treats every parcel's movement as something that should be planned, verified and visible, not just promised. Customers book and track. Riders work structured, assigned jobs instead of unclear pickups. Partner Stores become real network points for drop-off and collection, not an afterthought bolted onto a courier app.

We started with a deliberately narrow pilot in Accra because a network is only as trustworthy as the operating capacity behind it. Coverage grows as real capacity does — not the other way around.

HOW WE OPERATE

A few things we won't compromise on.

Custody-aware

A parcel's handoffs are treated as real custody events with a verification code, not decorative status labels.

Network-first

Customers, riders and Partner Stores operate on one connected platform instead of three disconnected systems.

Built for Ghana

Routing, pricing and coverage are built around how Accra actually works, not adapted from a template made elsewhere.

Radically transparent

We'd rather say what the platform can support today than promise something the operating model isn't ready for.

A NOTE FROM OUR FOUNDER

VARTKO was born from a simple belief: moving a parcel in Ghana should be reliable, transparent and effortless. We are building a connected logistics network that brings together customers, riders and trusted local businesses. Turning the places we already know in our communities into part of a smarter way to make delivery smarter and more dependable. Starting in Accra, our vision is to create logistics infrastructure built for Ghana — powered by technology, strengthened by local partnerships and trusted at every handoff.
